Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Highland Elementary School. In order to start the enrollment process, you will need to complete the Registration Form, Consent to Treatment Form, Photo/Media Release Form, Internet Usage Agreement Form, and Physical Examination Form that can be accessed through the links to the right.  The forms may be printed and filled out completely.  Return the forms to the HES office before the school can consider the applicant for admission.

Please attach the application fee along with the application. You can find fees on the Tuition and Donations link to the left.

If you are coming from another school please have transcripts sent to Highland Elementary School.  Once your child has been accepted, the following forms must be turned into the records office before the child may start classes:

· Birth Certificate (prekindergarten, kindergarten, first grade students)

· Immunization Records or Immunization Waiver Form (obtained from your physician)
