Logo and Its Meaning

With great simplicity, the logo captures the essence of Highland Elementary School.  The choice of the logo reflects our goal of becoming an Adventist Edge school, as represented by the color scheme, therefore reflecting the core values of the school.  The foundation of our message is biblical education practices.  Working towards a fulfillment of the Three Angels Message, our job as co-workers with Jesus is, “Planting feet on higher ground,” as represented in our motto.  Central to the biblical practices and  message is the spirit of the Master Teacher, the Holy Ghost.  The ridge top on which the school sits is represented as an apex of hills drawing the school community ever onward and upward to our higher calling.

It is our hope and prayer that through this logo, a simplistic set of core beliefs and values may be used as a recognizable symbol associated with the great work of Adventist Education occurring on this campus.
